Living with neuropathy and chronic nerve conditions can be challenging and due to the complexities, etiologies, and symptoms of neuropathy, it is a challenging condition to manage effectively.
Our practice is committed to helping you understand your condition while exploring effective treatment options. We want to create a positive healthcare experience by focusing on patient needs and creating individualized courses of treatment for neuropathy and severe neuromuscular discomfort.
We're excited to introduce you to a proven, FDA-cleared, non-invasive electromedical treatment called Neurogenx.
In more than four out of five patients, the Neurogenx® treatment resolves or significantly reduces neuropathy symptoms.
Neuropathy, affecting approximately 30 million Americans, results from damage to the peripheral nerves. The peripheral nervous system (PNS) connects the central nervous system (CNS),which includes the brain and spinal cord, to both the limbs and organs. Sensory, motor, and autonomic nerves play a vital role in transmitting signals throughout the body. Imagine nerves as the wiring in a home. When damaged, like frayed wires, they fail to send electrical impulses correctly to the brain, leading to significant and often debilitating symptoms. This nerve damage alters how your body functions and responds, causing pain, coordination issues, sensory disturbances, and balance problems, critically impacting daily activities and quality of life.
Peripheral Neuropathy can be caused by or associated with many medical conditions. Underlying causes present their own challenges in diagnosis and treatment. Targeting the cause directly helps to significantly improve treatment outcomes for individuals living with neuropathy. Early intervention and prompt initiation of treatment are crucial for preventing long-term complications. While diabetes is the most recognized cause of neuropathy, other factors, albeit lesser-known, can lead to this condition.
Neurogenx is a one-of-a-kind, clinically proven electromedical treatment. The Neurogenx 4000Pro with NervePro 2.0 Firmware is a cutting-edge treatment tool that is FDA-cleared and patented as the only device of its kind. It generates an electronic signal with a wide frequency band to safely treat symptoms resulting from neuropathy and chronic nerve conditions. Treatments are non-narcotic and non-invasive.
The Neurogenx® Treatment delivers an electronic signal to the body’s deep tissues via transcutaneous adhesive electrode patches.
The electronic signal has a unique, bio-compatible waveform, so called because of its similarity to the electric waveform generated by the human body. This compatibility allows the electronic signal to penetrate deep, reaching more types of cells and nerve fibers, creating change at the cellular level, increasing cellular metabolism, normalizing pH and encouraging healing. The device’s technology allows it to operate at both a higher and wider frequency range (60,000Hz-400Hz) than other devices.
The treatment normally takes place in multiple sessions typically spanning 4-6 weeks. Symptom relief may start to occur after just 3 to 4 sessions. The end result is twofold: patients can experience reduced neuropathy symptoms as well as motor and sensory improvement.
The Neurogenx® treatment offers more than just pain relief; it provides potentially regenerative outcomes for patients facing complex neuropathic conditions. For patients who have found conventional treatments ineffective or who no longer wish to rely on narcotic solutions, the treatment is particularly beneficial. Neurogenx aims to address the root causes of neuropathy, potentially restoring function and improving the patients quality of life.
Trusted by hundreds of physicians, providers, and Neurogenx NerveCenters across the country, the treatment success rate is 87%, with more than four out of five patients reporting a complete resolution or significant reduction of their neuropathy symptoms.
This innovative treatment demonstrates remarkable efficacy, with health benefits experienced in male and female patients. Notably, the treatment has shown promising results in patients both newly diagnosed with neuropathy and those who have endured chronic neuropathic conditions for two to three decades or more.
Treatment results have been confirmed by independent nerve conduction studies, nerve fiber density tests and balance plate testing. The results highlight the treatment’s effectiveness in addressing neuropathic symptoms across different stages, durations, and patient populations.
It is a breakthrough electromedical treatment proven to effectively alleviate the pain, tingling, burning and numbness resulting from neuropathy and chronic nerve conditions. It can successfully help resolve neuropathy symptoms and nerve pain of varying intensities in different areas of the body. Neurogenx patients have regained improved sensation, range of motion, balance and restful sleep as well as eliminated pain and numbness.
The treatment is performed with a technologically advanced medical device called the Neurogenx 4000Pro: it is FDA-Cleared and patented as the only device of its kind. The Neurogenx Treatment is unlike any other currently available. It is non-narcotic, non-surgical and non-invasive. It uses a sophisticated electronic signal with a wide frequency band to successfully treat neuropathy symptoms at the cellular level, helping to restore function and feeling.
The Neurogenx Treatment effectively treats neuropathy and chronic nerve conditions. It is effective regardless of the origin of the neuropathy, successfully treating neuropathic symptoms resulting from illness & disease as well as from injury & accidents, including those caused by:
The Neurogenx Treatment safely delivers a sophisticated electronic signal to the body’s deep tissues via adhesive electrode patches. In accordance with your treatment plan, your provider will either place the electrodes anatomically to impact specific, affected nerves or place them closer to a central nerve branch to treat a wider area of the body.
Treatment typically begins with the electronic signal alone, but, at your Provider’s discretion, can be augmented in the early stages with a low-dose anesthetic injection for more immediate pain relief while waiting for the Neurogenx Treatment to take effect. This combined approach is often called an Integrated Nerve Block. Treatment then concludes with electronic signal alone.
The effectiveness of the Neurogenx Treatment is due to the sophistication of the electronic signal used. The signal has a wide frequency range that sweeps from 60,000Hz-400Hz and the signal’s waveform is similar to the electronic pattern generated by the body itself. This combination of wide frequency range and electronic compatibility with the body allows the signal to reach more types of cells and nerve fibers and produce greater benefits in each.
Nerves are 60% more conductive than other tissue or cells. As all energy travels the path of least resistance, this means the energy of the applied electronic signal is drawn more directly to the nerve cells, where it does the most good. The Neurogenx Treatment promotes change at the cellular level, increasing cellular metabolism, normalizing pH, removing excess fluids and waste products that cause swelling and pain - all of which encourage healing. The end result is a decrease in neuropathy symptoms and the elimination or reduction of related pain.
The Neurogenx Treatment has been successful for thousands of patients across the country. In more than four out of five patients (87%), treatment resolved or significantly reduced neuropathy symptoms such as:
Results have been confirmed by nerve conductionstudies and nerve fiber density tests.
To confirm your eligibility for treatment, you need to request an evaluation from a qualified Neurogenx Provider. However, the Neurogenx treatment is not recommended for patients:
Medical researchers are still exploring the details of how nerve cells function and regenerate; are still investigating how illness and injury damage nerves and result in ongoing pain and numbness; and are still learning how best to restore nerve health and function. Although our medical knowledge continues to grow, the truth is that many existing neuropathy treatments are ineffective, have short-term results or rely on narcotics that can have potentially severe side-effects.
Neurogenx has dramatically changed these types of neuropathy treatment outcomes for thousands of patients across the country. After the Neurogenx Treatment, more than four out of five patients (87%) have experienced complete resolution of their neuropathy symptoms or have experienced such a significant reduction in their symptoms that they reported an improved quality of life. The Neurogenx Treatment works equally well for men and women, regardless of age. It also works well regardless of the duration of existing symptoms: both patients recently diagnosed with neuropathy and those who have suffered with chronic nerve conditions for 20-30 years or more, have experienced restorative results with the Neurogenx Treatment.
In short, this means the odds are good that it will benefit you. However, as with all medical treatments, results vary depending on your age, condition, treatment compliance, genetics, diagnosis and other factors. To find out if the Neurogenx Treatment can help resolve your symptoms and improve your quality of life, request an evaluation from a Neurogenx Provider.
No. As Neurogenx treatments are non-invasive and non-surgical, they are safely done in your Provider’s office.
Physicians and other licensed medical professionals that have been trained and certified by Neurogenx may administer the treatments. For instance, depending on your state regulations, when supervised by a physician, treatments may be provided by Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants or Physical Therapists.
The Neurogenx Treatment is actually a treatment course that typically takes 16-24 treatment sessions over a period of time. Some patients begin noticing improvement within 3-4 treatment sessions. The length of each individual treatment session is usually about 40 minutes, depending on the Provider. On average, patients are scheduled for 2-3 treatment sessions per week during the treatment course.
Depending on many individual patient factors, including severity of symptoms, the total number of treatments can vary from a low of 8-12 sessions to as many as 16-24. The actual number will depend on patient response to treatment and the Provider’s progress evaluations.
Patients typically feel improvement as a return of sensation and coordination and a reduction in pain. It’s important to note that in the initial stages - as damaged nerves begins to heal - the return of sensation can sometimes be experienced as pain of varying degrees. This is a normal part of the restorative process and is usually limited in duration, disappearing as treatment progresses and sensation more fully recovers.
In addition to your personal perception of changes in your symptoms, clinicians do a number of things to objectively evaluate your progress. Using a pain assessment scale, they will chart your feedback about changes in pain and other symptoms for comparison over time. In addition, they will assess improvement with physical exams and balance plate testing to evaluate gait, stance, stability, proprioception and physical sensation. This documentation makes it easy for you to see your progress over the course of the treatment.

I’ve had diabetic neuropathy in my feet for the last 6-7 years. The last 2 years it began to get very severe and began to interfere with my everyday life, my work, my sleep and everything. I’ve been receiving the treatments now for about two months and I’ve seen great improvement. I sleep much better at night and I’m able to go out and do more. The pain has really lessened and I just feel like I’m 75% better. It’s just really given me a lot of my life back. - Brenda R.
I have been suffering from a severe, rare form of neuropathy for over three years…I have been to some of the best doctors and pain clinics in the country who have exhausted their resources to try and help me…I was a little reluctant to try the Neurogenx Treatment because I was so depressed that nothing had helped me… the past three years I have relied on a cane or crutches, but as of last Wednesday, I have walked without a cane. I have been coming here now for going on four weeks and am thankful for all that you do here. - S. Olson
Prior to starting the Neurogenx Treatment with my doctors, I was suffering with neuropathy in my legs and feet. I had suffered with this pain for ten years. I’ve tried medications, but was unable to sleep without them. Once I started treatment, I was able to reduce the medication – I started sleeping better, my pain was reduced and I was able travel more! If you want to get off of your medications, you need to try the Neurogenx treatment. - Mary T.
I had been wheelchairbound since 2006. Within one week of treatment, I could get out of my wheelchair to my walker by myself, something I have not been able to do for years. I am also sleeping like there is no tomorrow and I can’t wait to see what the future treatments bring. - Richard K.
When I first started my treatment at Neurogenx, I could not wear pants because of the pain it would cause. My legs would feel like they were on fire if I tried to wear them. Today I can wear pants and have no pain at all! I have been able to cut my pain medicine for my neuropathy in half and will be going completely off of it here soon. I have feeling back in my legs and feet that I have not had in years. My legs look and feel human again. I would suggest this treatment to anyone. It is the best thing I have yet to find. - Bobby D.
I’ve been suffering from neuropathy for about 15 years, and the nerve damage has limited my life to basically just sleeping, eating and working. It had been continually exhausting and I was in constant pain. The pain prevented me from living my life. I started the Neurogenx program a couple months ago and the first thing I noticed was I started sleeping better. Before, I had trouble falling asleep because I was in pain. I would also wake up every two to three hours due to the pain. Now I can go to sleep for longer periods at a time. I also don’t have to take any medication to fall asleep, so when it was time to go to bed, I fall right asleep. I am able to be more productive though out the day. - Nicholas P.
In 2014 I had 3 foot surgeries. I had a hammer toe, a mallet toe on my left foot and a bunion on my right foot. The surgeries were several months apart. I went back to work about a year after I had the first surgery. I had a lot of pain and problems with balance. I have pins in 4 of my toes all the way through to the end. Since my treatments, I’ve noticed a lot less pain and I think my balance is better. I’ve enjoyed getting to know everyone here and I think it’s been a great asset to my health. - Jacqueline D.
Finally after 16 years I found a treatment that works. I have been coping with neuropathy as a result of chemotherapy. After my first treatment I left the office noticing a slight difference, but saying to myself “that’s not possible,” but it was! I had suffered with neuropathy for so long, that I had accepted the discomfort as a way of life for me. When I began to concentrate on what was happening in my feet, the realization allowed me to know that the treatment were indeed working. The tingling and numbness are now gone. I have Happy Feet!!! - Marilyn H.
